No food, drink or smoking is permitted within the Rolls-Royce and the hirer is liable for any excess cleaning of the interior. No objects or parts of a body are to be placed outside at anytime. The driver may end the journey at any point without refund if passenger behaviour is illegal, inappropriate or offensive.
Requests for Quotes and/or tentative bookings may be made by phone or email and Quotes are valid for 24 hours. Bookings only become confirmed when a minimum deposit of 20% or $100 (non- refundable) deposit on the total quoted price is received and /or is accepted by VHA Group Pty Ltd. Full payment of balance must be received by 2 weeks prior to service date. If the full balance is not received by the due date VHA Group Pty Ltd may consider it as a cancellation. The client may cancel up to 24 hours prior to service date and receive a refund less non-refundable deposit. Personal circumstances may be considered in obtaining a refund. Subject availability, we may be able to take last minute hire bookings and payments up to the day prior to the date required. Exceeding the booked time may incur overtime charges $120 per 60 minutes intervals. Travelling time levy will be incurred for extended trip appointments.
Driveways or small stretches of unsealed roads may be agreed upon, but unfortunately, due to damage that may occur we cannot take the vehicle on long unsealed roads without prior discussion. Very special cases may be catered for. Any overly intoxicated person who is deemed to be unable to travel safely will not be permitted to ride. As with any vehicle there is always a chance of a mechanical breakdown or accident. If this situation occurs every effort will be made to arrange a substitute vehicle, or a full refund will be offered.
While all care is taken, no responsibility is taken for items left in vehicle. The hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by the hirer or passengers. This includes incitement or behaviour resulting in damage to the vehicle or its contents by a third party. The hirer holds VHA Group Pty Ltd harmless of any liability for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his or her party. The hirer accepts and indemnifies VHA Group Pty Ltd and its employees against any loss, consequential or otherwise as a result, direct or otherwise of a failure to meet time deadlines. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that there is adequate time to travel to and from destinations. Furthermore, the hirer indemnifies VHA Group Pty Ltd against any and all claims as a result, direct or otherwise, consequential or otherwise, of failure to arrive at the destination at the appropriate time or at all. Subject to any rights the customer/hirer may have by law, in no event will VHA Group Pty Ltd be liable for any loss or damage which the customer/hirer suffers as are a result of VHA Group Pty Ltd’s actions or the actions of its agents. All formalities’ aside VHA Group Pty Ltd operates with integrity, and understanding of your needs. Note:- Terms and Conditions are reviewed at regular intervals and are subject to change.

Waiting Time VHA Group Pty Ltd understand at times you may be running a little late and will allow you 10 minutes grace from your scheduled pickup time. However in the event you exceed the 10 minutes you will be charged, in 30 minute increments, commencing from your scheduled pick up time. This charge is based on the standard $120 hourly rate of the booked vehicle.
Full Payment or Deposits of 50% are required to confirm a booking. In the event the booking is cancelled, this must be communicated via email to: email@example.com Upon receipt of cancellation notice via email, VHA Group Pty Ltd cancellation and refund policy is as follows: 1. Over 14 days from reservation date – Fully refundable deposit 2. Above 24 hrs of reservation date – 50% deposit is refundable 3. Within 24days of reservation – The deposit is not refundable *Refunds can only be authorized by the Financial Controller of VHA Group Pty Ltd.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. At the Chauffeur’s discretion, the client agrees to be fully liable for all charges that may incur but are not limited to: $10.00 per broken glassware $100.00 minimum for each carpet or seat burn $350.00 Sanitation fee (due to sickness interior) $200.00 Detailing and wax (due to sickness exterior) $500.00 minimum for each act of vandalism Please also note: The chauffeur has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s) or if client(s) do not follow chauffeurs request to obey the rules of this agreement Drug use is prohibited by law No smoking is allowed in our limousines VHA Group Pty Ltd will not be responsible for articles left in the limousine. VHA Group Pty Ltd cannot guarantee the availability of overtime Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet in hourly increment. Outstanding balances are to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Since VHA Group Pty Ltd offers high-tech-equipped vehicles, sometimes heat and excessive use of all power-operated equipment might be subject to temporary failure. This will of course not interfere with the safety of the vehicle itself and therefore will have no effect on continuing or paying of the contracted trip. VHA Group Pty Ltd guarantees, that all our vehicles are constantly checked to keep the highest possible standards and eliminate such failures as much as possible.
VHA Group Pty Ltd agrees to send the requested vehicle as offered in the contract. We have the right to upgrade the vehicles or switch the vehicles in case of emergency breakdown or if vehicles were in accidents. As stated, this will only happen in emergencies, and to upgrade, never downgrade. If no upgrade is available, VHA Group Pty Ltd gives the client the right to downsize the vehicle and receive additional discounts if wanted. No additional charges will occur on the client’s side if an upgrade is made without the request of the client. If changing of limousines occurs in the same category, or upgrades are made, it will not affect the contract and / or payment of contract. Client’s therefore accept that replacement limousine may be substituted if contracted limousine becomes unavailable for any reason. If any of our above guarantees or contracted terms cannot be met due to conditions outside of our control, including weather, accidents and any other acts of god, including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, road closures etc., we will use our best efforts to notify the client of these conditions and resulting delays or changes. VHA Group Pty Ltd is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter or any other unforeseen circumstances causing delay or cancellation and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Any refund or reimbursement for a delay or cancellation of a transfer will be at the discretion of the owner of VHA Group Pty Ltd.
